To feel APPRECIATION or gratitude helps us
to escape from “suffering”.
We are no longer the victims
but become the creators of our own lives.
CHAKRAS are energy centres that receive,
assimilate and express our vital life energy.
NEW | OLD |
joy, inner peace, contentment, calm | fear |
WE
cooperation: everyone wins |
ME
competition: only one can win and takes it all |
connection | separation; feeling alone |
I am worthy of being here. | I have to earn my place. |
I am important. I am worthy. | I am unimportant. I am unworthy. |
abundance: there is enough of everything for everyone. | lack: what is available is limited. Therefore I have to make sure to grab as much as possible for myself. |
I remember my past, it has no influence on today's expectations and decisions. | expectations of the future are based on past experiences. |
ENERGY follows attention.
Where we place our awareness, our thoughts and feelings
is where our energy flows.
Am I where I want to be?
FEAR can be so strong it paralyzes us, making us unable to act or react or making us feel
as if we are running around in circles.
It can grip the whole body and prevent us from thinking clearly.
At such a time it does not matter whether there is a reason to be scared or not,
we only try to survive, to somehow get through this moment, hoping it will be over soon.
The first thing we can do in such a situation is to accept that we are afraid
even if our mind or someone is trying to calm us and tell us that there is no reason to be frightened.
The fear is there and wants to be noticed.
Denying it or trying to talk it out of existence will only make it stronger.
To accept the fear, to listen to it, to feel it consciously (if possible) helps us to get back our own power.
GUILT and SIN do not exist.
Joy is the indicator that you are doing the right thing.
If you do not feel joy
go somewhere else,
do something else,
go where you find joy and know
you are in the right place at the right time.
Paying attention to what is happening.
NOW.
In the present moment.
The world is my mirror through which I can learn something about myself.
“As above, so below, as within, so without.”
E.g. if I find it difficult to keep my home tidy,
what do I look like inside?
If I am annoyed with someone,
does this person show behaviour that I do not like or judge in myself?
We all like to moan every now and then.
A first step out might be to pay full attention to what is happening
and simply accept it without judging ourselves.
WILLINGNESS to change is required.
How big is my desire to change?
What am I willing to do for it?
